| My neighbor, who is an alcoholic, receives disability benefits, why is that?

| I had an attorney once and he would never return my calls. What is your policy on that issue? |
| |
| Answer: Serving Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana - Social Security Disability Attorney Michael J. Mooney’s policy is to return calls within 24 hours, if at all feasible. He also has a staff member who assists in returning calls. Although there are occasions when calls are not returned within that time period, that is the exception and not the rule. Another exception is the “repeat calls.” Unfortunately, a few clients generate a disproportionate number of calls. For those rare clients, a mutual agreement is eventually reached limiting the number of calls the attorney will accept per month. |
